The hotel had cute little balconies and good WiFi, but the surroundings were a bit noisy due to nearby businesses. The rooms, however, were clean and comfortable. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean, with a king-size bed and a lovely balcony, just like in the site's photographs. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff always ready to assist, especially Javier, Daniel, and Juan who were incredibly helpful. The location was perfect for exploring Playa Del Carmen without the hustle of the beach area, near good restaurants and transportation hubs. The dining options were basic but still provided a pleasant experience. Overall, a great place to relax and unwind.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly charming, and the pool and terrace were just delightful. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired with significant mold present. Overall, a chic and spacious room with fantastic air conditioning to make my stay very comfortable.
